About me
I am a licensed English language teacher with nearly a decade of experience teaching Senior High School and Special Education learners. My teaching journey began in 2016, driven by a strong passion for language, communication, and student growth. Over the years, I have developed a deep commitment to inclusive and learner-centered education, ensuring that every student feels valued and supported.
As a teacher, I am patient, reflective, and adaptable. I believe that effective teaching goes beyond content delivery—it involves understanding students’ needs, strengths, and challenges. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a major in English and am a Licensed Professional Teacher. My academic background and training in both secondary and Special Education have equipped me with the skills to handle diverse learning styles and abilities effectively.
Professionally, I have taught Senior High School English since 2016 and worked as a Special Education teacher since 2017. I also served as a faculty member at Our Lady of Fatima University, where I was recognized as an Outstanding Teacher multiple times, reflecting my dedication to excellence in teaching.
My lessons are well-structured, standards-based, and engaging. I use problem-centered discussions, guided questioning, real-life applications, and formative assessments to promote meaningful learning. My teaching style balances creativity and structure, ensuring lessons are both enjoyable and purposeful while supporting academic growth and personal development.
